An unidentified Ball State student was involved in a bicycle accident on campus Sept. 15, according to university officials.
University spokeswoman Joan Todd said the female student was riding her bike through the LaFollette Complex parking lot when she was “bumped by a moving vehicle.”
The responding University Police Department officers said the situation was "very minor." The victim complained of minor knee pain after falling off the bicycle, but Todd said the student did not require any immediate medical attention.
Todd added that no further details have been released about the driver of the vehicle, and no foul play is suspected at this time.
