The Ball State women's tennis team's No. 1 doubles pair of Rosalinda Calderon and Courtney Earnest has been named the Mid-American Conference Women's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week.
Calderon and Earnest earned their seventh win in eight matches with a 6-1 victory over Western Michigan on March 27. The duo was trailing 5-4 at Toledo before the match went unfinished.
"Rosa and Courtney had a great win on the road over a good Western Michigan team," head coach Max Norris said in a statement. "They continue to get better as a team and I'm excited to see what they can do from here on out."
Ball State will host Akron at 1 p.m. on April 5 at the Cardinal Creek Tennis Center.
