An arrest has been made after a bookbag meth lab was left in the restroom of the southside Muncie Walmart.
According to a press release from the Indiana State Police, Tyler Armstrong, 25, is charged with aiding in the manufacturing of a methamphetamine, dumping controlled substance waste, criminal recklessness and battery on a police officer
He was arrested at a Taco Bell on 2201 South Madison St. Ashley Oliver, 24, was also arrested on the felony charge aiding in the manufacture of methamphetamine.
