Atrium dining introduced a "10 Healthy Meals" handout at their registers this week. The handout tells students the most nutritious meals they can get at The Atrium within their lunch and dinner meal plan.
Ball State's wellness nutritionist Amanda Kruse created the healthy meal plans and believes it will help students.
"Within the next couple of weeks all [dining] locations will have a 10 tip sheet or handout that will be available on our website," Kruse said.
