Cocoa and condoms with Feminists for Action
Feminists for Action will host its annual Cocoa and Condoms event from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. today in the David Letterman Communication and Media Building lobby. Members will sell cocoa and share information about safe consensual sex.
Friday
Trick-or-treating
Due to inclement weather in the forecast, trick-or-treating times in Muncie for Thursday and Friday have been changed to be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., according to the Star Press. Also, children will be able trick or treat from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m Friday at the Governor’s Residence at 200 W. Washington St., Rm. 206, Indianapolis.
‘Gods of Carnage’
At 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday, the Muncie Civic Theatre will present “Gods of Carnage” in the studio theater. According to a press release, the play is about two pairs of parents after one of the couple’s children hurts another at a public park. They then meet to discuss the matter in a civilized manner. Tickets are $10 for adults and students.

Bazaar in the Woods
From 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Muncie, local artisans will gather to sell their works of art and crafts in Bazaar in the Woods. Crafts range from pottery, woodcrafts and jewelry to baked goodies, used books and media. There will also be a silent auction.
Sunday
Minnetrista’s 25th gala
Minnetrista will host its 25th anniversary gala from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Sunday. According to a press release, doors open for cocktail reception at 5:30 p.m., dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m., followed by music and dancing at 9:15 p.m. Complimentary valet parking will be available and formal attire is appreciated.
Arts Alive Master Class: Academy of St. Martin in the Fields Chamber Ensemble
The Academy of St. Martin in the Fields Chamber Ensemble will perform from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday in Sursa Performance Hall. The ensemble focuses on larger chamber works, including quintets, sextets and octets. They have performed in venues across the world. Admission is free and open to the public.
Emens community open house
From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, John R. Emens Auditorium will host a community open house featuring backstage tours every 15 minutes. There will be several unnamed interactive elements and refreshments in the Green Room. Admission is free and open to the public.
