The undead will inhabit campus Saturday for the second annual Zombie Walk.
The event will feature a collection of canned food items, which will be sent to Second Harvest Food Bank and Animal Rescue Fund.
Nick Wilkey, a junior sales major, said this year they hope to have 500 people, since last year they had 350.
Last year the walk raised more than $1,000 worth of food, Wilkey said.
Muncie’s Scarevania Haunted House and Grace Village Campus Ministry host the event.
Participants will meet at Ball State’s Quad, shuffle their way down McKinley Avenue, loop around Shafer Tower, and then make their way back to the Quad. Registration begins at 3 p.m.
