The Ball State men’s golf team lands in the top ten after the first 36 holes on Monday in the Memphis Intercollegiate at Colonial Country Club in Cordova, Tenn.
The team placed fourth with a score of 34 for the first 36 holes. Ball State is pulling for the first place spot which Austin Peay currently holds with a score of +23 as of Monday.
Individually, Ball State finished the first 36 holes with McCormick Clouser leading the team with a final score of 74. Clouser was followed by final scores of his fellow teammates Joe Gasser, 75; Alex Stinson, 79; Tyler Merkel, 81; and Tony Lazzara, 91.
Austin Peay senior Dustin Korte individually leads all of the competitors with a final score of 71.
Ball State will finish the last 18 holes with a tee off at 1 p.m. today in Cordova.
