The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch until 5 a.m. Jan. 30 and flood watch until 11 a.m. for Delaware County and surrounding areas.
A severe weather outlook has also been issued. Possible tornados, heavy thunder and rainfall, flooding and damaging winds are expected between 10 p.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.
The storm may also bring strong winds and low wind chill later in the week.
