Due to high demand and distribution of all available tickets for Dave + Oprah, the university secured a second venue to live stream the event.
According to a university email Friday morning, the L.A. Pittenger Student Center Ballroom will show a live feed of the David Letterman and Oprah Winfrey event.
The ballroom doors will open at 3 p.m. Nov. 26 and will not require tickets, but seating will be limited.
The Ball State alumnus and Winfrey will speak Nov. 26 at John R. Emens Auditorium. Pruis Hall, which distributed tickets as well, will live telecast the event.
More than 1,000 students lined up for Emens tickets Saturday. In less than four hours after the box office opened, all 3,300 tickets were distributed. Monday morning, the university announced all tickets for the Pruis Hall telecast were distributed.
