A grand jury has indicted two Ohio women on an aggravated murder charge in the killing of a woman found covered in burns and wailing in agony on the side of a rural road.
Muskingum County Prosecutor Mike Haddox says that if convicted, Canton residents Katrina Marie Culberson and Monica Jean Washington would be eligible for the death penalty.
Haddox tells The Associated Press on Wednesday that in addition to the murder charge, the women were also indicted on felony charges of kidnapping and aggravated arson.
The grand jury will consider whether to indict a third suspect next week.
Twenty-nine-year-old Celeste Fronsman died last month, two days after being found on a road in eastern Ohio. She had been raped and burned and had a strap around her neck.
