After a disappointing season and losing three players to graduation who logged important minutes, Ball State now will have to deal with another loss to the roster.
The Star Press reported Monday that men's basketball coach Billy Taylor confirmed junior guard Tyrae Robinson is leaving the team for personal reasons.
Robinson played 25.8 minutes per game while averaging 8.0 points for the Cardinals. Robinson's 79 assists were the second most on the team behind guard Randy Davis.
The opening allows flexibility for Ball State's scholarship situation but leaves Ball State with even more inexperience in the point guard role for the 2012-13 season.
