Playbook Management International College helped with ticket sales during Indiana, Ball State game

In increased efforts to get attendance up at events, Ball State has signed a deal with Playbook Management International College.

Playbook Management International College is a business that works with athletic departments to increase ticket sales units and revenue.

"We are pleased to announce Ball State's agreement with PMI College to assist us with our ticket sales," Ball State athletics director Bill Scholl said in a press release. "This is an important step for our athletics department as we strive to increase our sales and develop relationships with our fans, alumni and community members."

According to the press release, Ball State has used Playbook Management International College to help increase ticket sales and revenue for single games. Ball State used the business to increase outbound ticket sales for Ball State's game against Indiana at Lucas Oil Stadium in 2011, where the recorded attendance was 40,224.

"Ball State has all the building blocks for success including a new A.D., new coaches and a desire to support a sales culture within the athletic department. We look forward to growing new one-to-one fan relationships to capitalize on the anticipated on field success of all the sports programs," Mark Washo, leader of Playbook Management International College, said.

Playbook Management International College will be aiding sales in football, men's basketball, women's basketball and women's volleyball.

The two sides agreed to a deal that will continue through March 2014.
