With the firing of coach Stan Parrish, a few members of his 2011 recruiting class might reopen their college search.
The Detroit Free Press reported three Ball State recruits are thinking about decommitting following Parrish's dismissal.
Tight end Ben McCord, offensive lineman Kyle Lints and receiver Willie Snead are weighing their options as Ball State searches for a new coach, according to the Free Press.
McCord's brother, Aaron, is an offensive lineman at Central Michigan. If Ben were to decommit, the Chippewas would likely benefit.
Rivals.com listed McCord, Lints and Snead as three-star recruits. The Cardinals only have one other three-star recruit, offensive lineman Andrew Ness. The rest are rated two stars or less.
Ball State had 16 recruits in the 2011 class when Parrish was fired.
