FOOTBALL: Touchdown with 34 seconds to play sends Ball State, Eastern Michigan to overtime

Briggs Orsbon dove for the pylon, just reaching the ball across the goal line for the game-tying nine-yard touchdown reception with 34 seconds to play.

The catch was just Orsbon's 10th of the season and his first touchdown.

The play was upheld in review, and Ian McGarvey tied the game at 35 with the extra point.

The score wiped out a two-yard touchdown rush by Eagles quarterback Alex Gillett that gave the visitors the lead with less than five minutes to play.

It is Ball State's first overtime game of the season.
