The Ball State University baseball team released its 2010 schedule Wednesday.
This year's docket features five NCAA Tournament teams from last season, but not Mid-American Conference champion Kent State University. The Cardinals will open the season at the University of Arkansas, which reached the College World Series a season ago.
Ball State will play its first of 16 home games April 2, when Miami University opens a three game series. Ball Diamond will also play host to Purdue University for the second straight year.
The Cardinals will also visit Butler University, reopening the series that had been dormant for at least three years.
Ball State will look to return to the MAC Tournament in Chillicothe, Ohio, where their season ended last year. The top eight teams in the conference advance to the tournament.
