Ball State University's College of Sciences and Humanities is seeking nominations for a statewide award for women.
Anyone wanting to nominate a candidate for the 2009 Indiana Women of Achievement Awards has until May 20 to do so, according to a press release from the university. Nominations must include a letter explaining the nominee's contributions and an appropriate category must be selected.
Nominations need to include names, e-mails and phone numbers for the nominee and nominator. Copies of résumés are also recommended, but not required, according to the press release.
Award recipients will be honored at the Indiana Women of Achievement Awards dinner in October.
