Ball State University officials have not drawn any conclusions about whether Delta Tau Delta fraternity had alcohol at its house during the weekend, said Cara Luyster, assistant director of the Office of Student Life.
Interfraternity Council President Cody Willis said Monday he would meet with Luyster to be briefed on the allegations Tuesday, but he could not be reached for comment.
According to a press release, the university has prohibited the organization from having alcohol at its house until August 2009. The international fraternity supported the sanction, according to the press release.
The fraternity received the sanction after its headquarters conducted a membership review and expelled 19 of the fraternity's 56 members and suspended seven more, according to the press release.
