The Delaware County Commissioners decided to keep the Delaware County and Justice Center closed Wednesday, but county highway crews will still be available to help police and EMS vehicles through the night.
Plowing will begin in the early morning hours, and because the Muncie Sanitary District is using trash trucks to help plow the streets, regular trash routes will be delayed.
The commissioners ask people do not park on the streets so snow screws can plow without working around cars.
