A car accident has caused a flood at the intersection of Jackson Steet and Tillotson Avenue.
A two car accident caused a third vehicle to run into a fire hydrant at the corner of the CVS parking lot at about 4:40 p.m., witness Bryon Safewright said.
"I looked out [the window] and saw that two cars were in an accident," witness Krissey Harris said. "One seemed to have hit the fire hydrant."
Muncie police and road crews continue to clear the seen.
