Bracken Library has added a new book drop. It is located in the dock area on the east side of Bracken Library. Those interested in utilizing the drop may use the drive between Noyer Hall and Emens Parking structure to drive up to the book drop.
In addition, the Ball State libraries have announced that the libraries will be closed on July 4 in honor or Independence Day.
Bracken Library is also playing home to two exhibits featuring poetry and baseball. African-American Poets and the Broadside Press, 1965-1969, includes limited-edition poetry by many African-American poets. This exhibit will run through Aug. 3.
Baseball in Middletown: Uncovering the national pastime in Muncie focuses on baseball in Muncie prior to World War II when company teams and leagues competed with professional teams across the country. This exhibit will run July 1 through Sept. 30.
