There are two things I know about the potential cutting of a few "minor" sports.
The first is that Ball State's athletic department -- like any collegiate athletic department -- is a business, so such a move should not come as a huge surprise.
Secondly, calling Bubba Cunningham greedy or mocking the football team's history will not fix any problems. Possibly nothing we do can will change the minds of the powers that be.
