Muncie Police have no suspects in a shooting that occurred at the corner of University Avenue and Dill Street early Friday morning.
Terry Winters, deputy chief of the Muncie Police, identified the victim as Joshua Lampkins, 25. His medical condition is not yet known.
The shooter fired three shots from inside a beige-colored Cadillac, striking Lampkins at least once in the leg, police said. The shooting was the climax of an argument that police said began inside Dill Street Bar and Grill, 421 N. Dill St.
Winters said investigators spent Friday speaking to witnesses, but most were uncooperative.
Witnesses at the scene Friday morning said the shooter sped away east on University Avenue chased by a red Jeep Cherokee.
