University Police have no investigative leads or suspects in the case of an apparent sexual assault that occurred on Nov. 2 but was not reported by the victim until Monday.
According to Assistant Chief Robert Fey, the victim, an 18-year-old female, had personal reasons for the delay in reporting the assault which is reported to have occurred in Ball State parking lot C-1 near Bethel Avenue.
Fey said the victim had no affiliation with Ball State University, but was visiting a friend.
