Karnese Driver, 27, Muncie
West Jackson Street and South Talley Avenue
1:04 a.m. Sunday
Driver was arrested on the following charge:
- Warrant arrest
Timothy Banks, 34, Muncie
2:30 a.m. Saturday
South Manning Avenue and West Jackson Street
Banks was arrested on the following charges:
- Habitual traffic offender
- Resisting law enforcer: run from officer
